Trigger: When a record is created
Condition: Case Priority = High
Action: Assigns the Case to the Urgent Support Queue.
Step 2: Navigate to Flow Builder
Navigate to the setup page(gear icon in the top right corner).
In Quick Find, search for Flows and click on Flows under the Process Automation group.
Select New Flow
Step 3: Choose the Flow Type
In this scenario:
Select Record-Triggered Flow.
Click Create.
Step 4: Configure the Trigger
Object: Select Case.
Trigger the Flow When: When a record is created,
Set Entry Conditions:
Field: Priority
Operator: Equals
Value: High.

Now, we need to assign the case to the right queue. Click the + icon and select Assignment.

Click Done.
Step 6: Save and Activate the Flow
Click on Save.
Name: Auto-Assign High Priority Cases.
API Name will populate automatically.
Click Activate.

Create New Case Set Priority to High.
Save Record Check Owner Field- Now should be Urgent Support Queue.
